95% of all watches are repaired and returned within 10 working days. It is our policy to keep you, the customer, fully informed of the progress of your watch repair and our internal track and trace system allows us to monitor the progress of all repairs and give accurate timings of completion.

Mistal Time Services Limited has been servicing the watch trade for over 35 years. Throughout this time, Mistal has gained important relationships and partnerships with the retail jewellers as well as watch brands and manufacturers, servicing and repairing their watches to the highest of standards. We work together with our partners to achieve fast and high quality repairs for their customers whilst offering full support for any queries.

Mistal was founded by Paul Nesbit and Peter Davies, both craftsmen themselves, with over 80 years of combined experience. After 35 years Mistal is still a family run business that incorporates an individual and personal touch within all aspects of service and trading.
