Trade Repairs

Independent jewellers and multi-door retails put their trust in us to provide watch repairs for their customers. Not every jeweller has the option to provide in-house watch repairs and so that is where we can help. We act as your personal watch repair department so you may service your customers’ needs effectively and efficiently.

At Mistal, we cover the warranty for a number of brands. With our skilled watchmakers, together with our highly motivated customer service team, we are able to provide full aftercare, servicing and warranty repairs for your brand.

Stock Repairs and Restorations

Our workshop is equipped with the latest technology and machinery to restore a watch to its original retail condition. Pawnbrokers and retails from around the UK can utilise our services to refresh old stock or replenish pre-owned stock in order to give it a new lease of life for its next owner.
